Tekchant Solutions LLP, registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (“Grooviz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operates the Grooviz hotel smart TV and hospitality guest experience platform, comprising the Grooviz Box (an Android streaming device connected to in-room televisions), the Grooviz Connect staff application, and the related management dashboard (collectively, the “Platform”).

Hotels act as the data controller/fiduciary for Guest information. Grooviz acts solely as a data processor and processes Guest information only according to documented Hotel instructions.

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction or deletion of personal data.

Guests should first contact the Hotel where they stayed.

The Platform is intended for Hotels and their staff and is not directed at children.

We do not transfer Platform data outside India.
